The $99 one-time setup fee covers everything needed to get your ChurchCMS instance live — server provisioning on AWS, full installation and configuration of the ChurchCMS platform, connecting your custom domain, SSL certificate setup, and an onboarding session to walk your team through the admin dashboard.
The setup fee applies to the Monthly plan only. If you choose the Annual plan, setup is included at no extra cost.
Yes — every plan includes custom domain configuration. You can use a subdomain like church.yourdomain.com or a dedicated domain like yourdomain.org. We handle the DNS configuration and SSL certificate automatically so your site is secure and branded from day one.

Monthly plan customers can cancel at any time with no penalty. Your instance stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Annual plan customers can cancel before renewal and won't be charged for the following year. We don't offer partial refunds on annual subscriptions, but we'll always work with you if your circumstances change — just reach out.
Your data always belongs to your church. Before your instance is decommissioned we'll provide a full export of your database — member records, giving history, attendance logs, media files, and everything else — in standard formats you can import elsewhere.
